Yes. To cancel your order please notify us via email at brittanyallenjewelry@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note orders that have already shipped can not be canceled.
Due to the natural quality of most of our items, no two items will be exactly alike in color, ship or size. Each piece is slightly unique - which we tend to love!

Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

Yes! If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund within 10 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Shipping costs and lost returns are the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to return an item, please contact us with your invoice number and item you wish to return and we will provide you with the correct mailing address.
Yes. We will issue a refund for all returned items postmarked within 10 days of delivery. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges at this time.
We are happy to repair anything that is damaged within three months of purchase for free. However, if there are missing pieces, etc. there maybe a small replacement fee for those missing items. Please contact us for a repair.

Shipping

All retail pieces will typically ship within 3-5 business days after your purchase. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail, unless an upgrade is otherwise selected.
Yes, all international shipping is done via USPS first class international mail. International shipping may take up to 2-6 weeks for delivery.
