WHOLESALE TERMS & INFO
CURRENT PROCESSING TIME
- Our current processing time is 2-3 weeks.
- At this time, we do stock most items; however, our jewelry is handmade and is not mass produced and warehoused. Therefore, depending on current stock and inventory, larger orders may require more time than our current processing time.
ORDER MINIMUMS & TERMS
- There is a $350 USD minimum for opening orders.
- There is a $150 USD minimum for reorders.
- All major credit cards are accepted via PayPal or via direct checkout on brittanyallenjewerly.com.
- Opening orders will be invoiced 50% up front once initial order is approved. The remaining balance will be due once items are ready to ship. Opening orders will not be processed until the initial 50% is paid.
- Subsequent orders will be billed 100% once items are ready to ship.
OTHER TERMS & INFO
- All prices are listed in US dollars. We recommend a 2.0-2.5 markup for retail. Prices are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING
- All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and signature confirmation.
- USA, Canada & Mexico - $7-25 | International - $20+
- Please Note: prices vary depending on size and weight of order.
- We will pay for half of the shipping for orders over $500 USD.
EXCHANGES
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Should you order something and it does not do well in your store, you can send it back to us and swap it out for something else as long as:
- it is within 2 months of you receiving it; AND
- the item you are exchanging is still being offered on our site.
REPAIRS
- We offer free repairs on all of our jewelry as long as we still carry the item.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
